This website is operated by The Sunday Kit. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Sunday Kit.

By accessing our website, browsing our online store or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any other policies referenced on our website, including our Shipping and Returns policies.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing the revised version on our website. Changes will apply from the date they are published.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable laws while using our website.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

The Sunday Kit sells bead kits, jewellery-making kits, beads, findings, accessories and related products.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products, including their colours, materials, dimensions and contents.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. As many of our products contain individual beads and components, minor variations in colour, size, shape, finish or appearance may also occur.

Such minor variations are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. PRODUCT SAFETY

Our kits, bead kits and jewellery-making products may contain small parts, beads, cords, clasps and other components that may present a choking or safety hazard to young children.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, our products are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

Children should use our products only with appropriate adult supervision.

Customers are responsible for reading and following any product instructions, warnings or age recommendations supplied with a product.

Finished jewellery and other items created using our kits should also be used appropriately and kept away from babies and young children where small parts may present a choking hazard.

4. PRICES & CURRENCY

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

International customers may be charged in a different currency by their bank, card provider or payment service. Currency conversion rates and any associated fees are determined by those providers and are outside our control.

Where applicable, taxes will be displayed or included as required by law.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order with The Sunday Kit, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;

• shipping restrictions prevent us from delivering the product to your location; or

• an order appears to have been placed for unauthorised resale or commercial distribution.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order using the original payment method, where reasonably possible.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided when placing your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times and other delivery information are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions and peak delivery periods.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Where permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customers ordering from outside Australia are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, tariffs or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements and charges vary between countries. We recommend checking your local requirements before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

We do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind, unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

You may use our kits and instructions for your own personal use and may create finished items from kits you have purchased from us.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, products purchased from The Sunday Kit are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale as unopened The Sunday Kit products or kits.

12. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS & SOCIAL MEDIA

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content to us or tag @thesundaykit on social media, you retain ownership of your original content.

Where you expressly submit content to us for promotional use, you grant The Sunday Kit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and share that content for our marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

We will not knowingly use private content for advertising without appropriate permission.

You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights or that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading.
